Greeting in January 2013
wow where the times has gone? i guess when you have been busy with real things in real life, blogging and updating online social medias is always the least priority to do. i got to be honest that i missed blogging though. i just wish i have the discipline and time to do it more often. sigh!!
for the past year of 2012, it has been a roller coaster year for me. so much drama in my family and friendship, that was just draining and mentally exhausting sometime in the middle year of 2012 i decided to end the friendship with one of my closest friends, it was a bitter sweet. Bitter because it’s over , honestly, i was sad. that person was someone so close and dear to my heart, i trusted that person with my heart but things went bitter and out of control. and i just had to take the plunge and ended it.
in away it’s sweet, because i was glad it’s done and didn't have to deal with the drama. it was not worth of my time considering i had other important thing to do ie;family and being a good mom. but like many other relationship weather it’s love,family or friend relationship, it’s always hard to end it. and you miss that person along the way. then you learn to move on.
another sad loss for this year, i loss to my dear sweet dog tyson, he was my sweet angel, my “first baby” before i have a real babies. i was a mess went i had to make decision to let him go. the hardest thing i had done in my live, to say good bye to him. he was suffering from sever joint pain and his health was deteriorating that it was too painful to even watch him. we kept him as long as possible, but everyday was hard to see him struggling. we brought him to the vet and there was not much the doctor could do. that was when we knew he was in much greater pain. tyson may not be here now but he will always be in my heart . i love him and always be. <3
as it was not enough of pain already , as the year approaching to the end, i learn my grand mother ‘s health was not on her best, and she had been submitted to hospital. in december, she passed away peacefully ,with my mother by her side holding her hands.i was devastated, she was like my other parents to me, and there’s nothing i wished more than to be there on her funeral. but unfortunately i couldn't be there. it’s not easy for me to just pack and leave.
wow, so far my story is very depressing, moving on to my happy side of the 2012 highlight. in april my brother got married and i was able to attend and to be there on his special day. i traveled thousand miles away across the globe, to be there and it was wonderful. i use this time to spend time with my family and most importantly spending time with my grand mother, yes sadly it was my last time seeing her :((. i will always cherish all the memories i had with her. she was one of the most special persons to my heart.
our family vacation was, we had a road trip to new england, enjoyed beach and lobsta *boston accent for losters * it was fun trip. we went to historical city in williamburg,va. teaching the kids about history and fun stuffs.
hubby got a new job, kids starting school, i am volunteering at school now and then, also been busy socializing with few american’s moms from school which is for me it’s new,it’s very nice and interesting experience ,i really enjoying it very much.
so yeah, it was most mostly how the years of 2012 has been. i am optimistic that this year 2013 will be better and brighter year for me and for all of us too.
